Birth/Doula
I just want to take a moment to say congratulations on your bump to baby journey! This is exciting and I am so glad you have found me.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can feel beautiful, emotional, overwhelming, exciting — and sometimes all at once before breakfast.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you deserve to feel supported, informed, cared for, and never alone throughout the journey into parenthood.
As a Doula, Sleep Consultant, and childcare professional with years of hands-on experience supporting families, my approach is rooted in nurturing support, evidence-based guidance, emotional reassurance, and meeting your family exactly where you are — without judgement.
I believe there is no “perfect” way to birth, feed, soothe, or parent your baby. My role is to support YOU in making informed decisions that feel right for your family, while helping you feel calm, confident, and held through every stage of the transition.
From birth preparation and labour support to postpartum recovery, overnight care, sibling support, and practical newborn guidance, I am here to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and genuinely cared for.
I am based West London, but I travel to many of my families in North and SW London. I also support families in Middlesex, Surrey and Buckinghamshire. Travel is covered in my fee (apart from parking) so no unexpected nasties in your invoice.

Birth Support
Birth is not just about bringing a baby into the world — it’s also the beginning of a new version of you.
Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, induction, caesarean birth, or simply hoping to feel more informed and supported throughout the experience, my role is to walk beside you with calm, grounded, evidence-based support that helps you feel safe, heard, and empowered in your decisions.
I believe every birth experience deserves compassionate support without pressure or judgement. My approach blends emotional reassurance, practical guidance, advocacy, and nurturing care so that you feel supported not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Together we create support that feels right for your family, your preferences, and the kind of birth experience you hope for — while also holding space for flexibility should plans change along the way.
Birth support includes:
— Two 90-minute antenatal sessions to prepare emotionally, mentally, and practically for birth and postpartum
— Support exploring your birth preferences, feeding choices, recovery planning, and anything else you wish to talk through together
— On-call support from 10 days before your estimated due date
— Continuous support throughout labour and birth
— Ongoing reassurance, grounding support, and advocacy throughout your experience
— Immediate postpartum support after birth until you feel settled and comfortable
— One postpartum follow-up session to support your recovery, feeding, emotional wellbeing, and adjustment into life with your baby
— Access to additional resources, guidance, and supportive downloads throughout our time together
Every birth journey is different, which is why my support is always tailored to your individual needs and the kind of care you want to receive throughout this transition into parenthood.
Postpartum Doula Support
The postpartum period can be one of the most tender, beautiful, overwhelming, and transformative seasons of your life — and yet so many mothers are expected to move through it while still caring for everyone else around them.
My approach to postpartum support is centred around caring not only for your baby, but for you, too.
This is a space for rest, nourishment, recovery, reassurance, and support without judgement. A space where you are able to soften into motherhood while feeling emotionally and practically held through the transition.
Whether you need someone to care for your baby while you shower or sleep, prepare nourishing meals, talk through feeding, help process your birth experience, support your recovery, or simply offer calm and grounded support during those long newborn days — I am here to support your family in the way that feels right for you.
My support blends evidence-based knowledge with a calm, nurturing, holistic approach to help you feel more confident, rested, and cared for during the fourth trimester.
Postpartum support may include:
— Emotional and practical support for you and your family
— Nourishing meal preparation and snacks for postpartum recovery
— Feeding support and guidance
— Gentle newborn support and reassurance
— Space to rest, shower, recover, or sleep
— Light household support
— Additional postpartum resources, downloads, and ongoing guidance between visits
Because mothers deserve support too.

Sibling Doula
Sibling doula support is a service that is far less common than it should be, yet it can make a huge difference to growing families preparing to welcome a new baby.
For many parents, one of the biggest worries leading up to birth is knowing who will care for older siblings when the time comes — especially when family or close support may not be nearby or available at short notice.
This support is designed to bring reassurance, calm, and continuity of care during a time of transition, allowing you to focus on welcoming your newest baby while knowing your older child or children are being cared for in a nurturing, familiar, and emotionally supportive way.
Whether you are planning a physiological birth, induction, or caesarean birth, sibling support is adapted around your family’s individual needs and birth plans.
Support includes an initial session before your on-call period begins, allowing time for your children to become familiar and comfortable with me, while also giving us space to talk through routines, preferences, your local area, and anything important that would help your children feel safe and settled while you are away.
On-call support begins 10 days before your estimated due date. Once labour begins or you need support, I will make my way to you within 90 minutes to care for your child or children while you focus on your birth experience.
Throughout this time, my priority is ensuring your older children feel safe, supported, reassured, and cared for during the exciting transition of welcoming a new sibling into the family.
Night Doula
The early weeks of parenthood can feel incredibly tender, beautiful, and exhausting all at once. Overnight support offers you the opportunity to rest, recover, and feel cared for while knowing your baby is being looked after with calm, knowledgeable, and nurturing support nearby.
Whether support begins from the moment you return home from hospital or a few weeks into your parenting journey, overnight care creates space for you to replenish both physically and emotionally during a time when rest can feel hard to come by.
Sessions run between 9pm–7am and are fully tailored to your family’s individual needs, routines, and feeding preferences. Every family’s nights look different, which is why support is adapted to what feels most supportive and comfortable for you.
Throughout the night, I care for your baby while remaining only a stone’s throw away, allowing you to settle more deeply into rest knowing support is close by whenever needed.
For breastfeeding mothers, overnight support can still make a huge difference. While feeds may still happen, you are able to rest between them without carrying the full overnight load alone. Support may include settling baby afterwards, nappy changes, winding, soothing, preparing feeding support items, emotional reassurance, and creating a calmer overnight environment so you can focus on recovery and connection.
Before you head off to sleep, there is always space to ask questions, talk through any worries, or simply feel emotionally supported and cared for at the end of a long day.
This support is designed to help you feel more rested, held, and gently supported through the transition into life with your baby.
